Electriciens sans frontières launches Solidarity Energy Week 2025

Electriciens sans frontières and its partners are working to ensure sustainable access to energy throughout the world!

From Monday September 29 to Sunday October 5, together they are organizing events across France to raise awareness of the problems of access to electricity and water.

Where water and energy circulate, life progresses, communities are strengthened and the future is built.

Electriciens sans frontières carries out electricity and water access projects to help improve living conditions for people in isolated rural areas, giving priority to renewable energies such as solar power.

Key figures

666 million people worldwide have no access to electricity.
80 development projects in some 30 countries by 2024.
2.2 billion people have no access to safely managed drinking water services.
50% of our projects provide access to quality water and adequate sanitation.
Energy is the main factor contributing to climate change.
91% of our development projects use renewable energies.
