Electriciens sans frontières at COP 27!

The French NGO Electriciens sans Frontières is present at COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh and will receive the Prince Talal International Prize for Human Development under the theme “Action for Climate”, the 13th goal of the Sustainable Development Goals.

RELENTLESS MOBILIZATION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO COMBAT CLIMATE CHANGE

Following its participation at COP 25 in Madrid and COP 26 in Glasgow, Electricians sans frontières wants to once again raise awareness of the issues of access to electricity and water in the world. The solutions proposed by the NGO have been awarded the UN Prize for Climate Action in 2019 and the Zayed Prize for Sustainable Development in 2020. The effective action model is thus reinforced by these international recognitions: implementing projects that improve access to energy for the poorest populations, while promoting their economic and human development and preserving the climate.
